The Clay County Humane Society (CCHS) is sponsoring our 2nd Annual "Pars for Paws" Golf Tournament on Monday, October 13, 2008.
Schedule of Events for Monday, October 13, 2008 Eagle Landing Golf Club
Registration:	11:00 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
Putting Contest:	Will be conducted during the round of golf
Lunch:	12:00 noon
Shotgun Start for Golf Tournament:	1:00 p.m.
Dinner:	Immediately following golf
Prizes/Raffle drawings:	6:00 p.m. - End (Time is approximate)
Registration Entry Fee: (Limited to first 100 golfers): Deadline is October 3, 2008
Individual: $100.00		Foursome: $360.00
Sponsorships Available:
Platinum (includes 2-foursomes):		$1,000.00
Gold (includes 1-foursome):		$500.00
